Client context

A field-labour staffing operator runs crews on remote field-service pads, billing client companies for labour while paying workers through a third-party payroll provider. Worker sourcing, compliance documents, timesheets, client rate sheets, and payroll exports lived in five disconnected SaaS tools and a sprawl of spreadsheets. They needed a single internal system to own the whole lifecycle.

The challenge
